About Sarah Inc. – Madison

In 1957, three families joined forces to create resources for their children with intellectual and other disabilities where there were none and to be the voice of those who could not speak for themselves. Their innovative vision is the foundation on which SARAH continues to build every day. Today, SARAH is a family of agencies with programs to serve people of all ages and differing abilities. SARAH Inc. services reach from the greater New Haven region to Middlesex, New London and Windham counties. SARAH Inc. provides early intervention, life skills, transition services, work training and employment supports to children and adults. Individuals needing supports and services are referred to us by a variety of state agencies, local school systems and the general public.
