“For the past 15 years, Saint Gianna Pregnancy Resource Center has been proud to serve as a place of hope, compassion, and tangible support for thousands of women and families throughout the Greater New Haven Area. What began as a small, faith-filled initiative has grown into a trusted resource for mothers facing unplanned or difficult pregnancies—women who often arrive scared, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn.

This growth has only been possible because of the generous, life-saving support of donors like you. Through your prayers and financial gifts, Saint Gianna has been able to walk alongside women at some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, offering not only practical assistance, but dignity, care, and reassurance that they are not alone.

In the past year, we have taken significant steps to expand our reach and better serve mothers in need. We began running targeted Google Ads to ensure that women searching for help can find compassionate, life-affirming support when they need it most. We expanded our 24-hour call line so that no woman has to face a crisis alone—day or night. In addition, we partnered with an ultrasound van, allowing us to provide life-saving ultrasounds to hundreds of women and helping them see the life growing within them.

Each of these initiatives has confirmed what we already know: the need in our community is great, and it is growing. Women are seeking not only pregnancy tests, but ongoing support, medical services, and material assistance as they prepare to welcome their children. Every year, Saint Gianna provides hundreds of thousands of material aid items—diapers, clothing, baby supplies, and essentials—to expectant mothers and families who would otherwise go without.
