Knights Christmas Dinner

As discussed in our October meeting, this year’s Christmas Dinner will take place at our Parish Center. Our goal is to gather as Brother Knights, with our spouses and guests, to celebrate the season in warmth, fellowship, and gratitude.

Meal Plan:
A simple, hearty meal of pasta and meatballs, salad, bread, wine, and water.

Schedule:

• Wednesday, Dec. 10: Purchase all supplies
• Thursday, Dec. 11:
  • 3:30 – 5:30 PM: Setup, cooking, and preparation
  • 6:00 – 6:10 PM: Brief meeting
  • 6:10– 8:00 PM: Dinner
  • 8:00 PM: Cleanup

Cost Options:
We have two possibilities to consider:

1. Host it as a free-of-charge Christmas Dinner with an optional at will donation container for anyone wishing to contribute.
2. Set a $20 per person cost.

Your thoughts and input at our November meeting will help us decide which approach feels most fitting.

Intent:
Our main goal is simple—bring our Brother Knights together in a spirit of camaraderie, teamwork, and joy as we celebrate Christmas and share a meal together.
